Have you thought about. Hotel stays. Most of our holidays are hosted in traditional Alpine chalets. But we also offer hotels in some of the Alps' very best ski resorts. Offering a different mix of space, sociability and privacy, hotels are popular with new guests and returners alike. There are usually lots of single rooms available, the facilities and locations are great, and there's a bar on site. What's not to love? HOTEL STAYS » Short breaks. Short on annual leave? Looking for a cheeky second ski trip this season? We offer short breaks and ski weekends in several resorts. We can have everything arranged for you before you arrive. With resorts just over an hour from the airport, some guests choose to ski on arrival and departure days. SHORT BREAKS » This was a five star holiday I fractured my tibia on the first day, could not immediately fly, so I was chalet bound quite a bit. Belinda was fantastic, taking me to the infirmary, getting my medicines and generally translating for me. Whilst at the chalet, Eva and Ava were so helpful. The food was delicious and the group (I was the oldest by a long stretch) were all super nice and most of the group got on very well. The chalet is well furnished and well located- you can leave your skis and boots at the hire shop and walk there and back no problem. This is my 3rd ski gathering, the previous two being in Morzine, and they have all been great in there own way, so much so that I will look for next year when the list comes out. I did think of giving a one star review, just so I would have a better chance of booking, but that would be wrong and unfair. 4 of the group were quite badly injured and all of the return arrangements were brilliantly dealt with by The Ski Gathering, including revised transfers etc. I am often sceptical of 5 star reviews, but this was a five star holiday, despite the fracture. The skiing was fantastic and the food even better! I had an excellent trip away with The Ski Gathering!! I was a bit nervous about travelling on my own, but they were so communicative and welcoming, it made me feel so comfortable. The skiing was fantastic and the food even better! A lovely bunch of people Well, just four weeks since my February visit to The Ski Gathering - Les Gets, and I find myself back again! Both weeks I was thoroughly spoiled by Belinda and the chalet girls and had a great time. Once again, the chalet and food were excellent and the guests were a lovely bunch of people who enjoyed skiing together and filling the chalet with laughter. Hopefully make it back next year! Met some lovely people Had an amazing stay in Les Gets with The Ski Gathering. Belinda and the Chalet team were excellent, making us feel incredibly welcome and looked after. Met some lovely people and left Les Gets with fond memories, and some new friends. Can highly recommend The Ski Gathering and the resort of Les Gets. Loved every minute. Loved every minute. Thank you to Belinda and team for being so professional, hardworking, efficient and most importantly fun and we were all so fortunate to have you as a host at The Ski Gathering! Nothing was too much trouble and you all helped make it a fabulous few days. Thank you! We will be back! What a fabulous holiday we had! Belinda and the crew, Amy, Hannah and Emma, were great hosts. The food was exceptional and the wine too! Afternoon teas were also great! We will be back! Literally the best ski trip ever Had literally the best ski trip ever with the Ski Gathering in Les Gets. The Chalet was stunning, comfy rooms + bathrooms, and the sauna and Hot Tub were definitely thoroughly enjoyed during our stay! The chalet girls were amazing, Amy, Hannah, Harriet and Emma thanks so much for making it such a smooth and enjoyable stay, your friendliness and attention to detail didn't go unnoticed, nor did your facial expression when we asked if everyone could have pancakes for breakfast at a few hours notice haha! (they were amazing though!). Belinda was obviously born for this role, she was a hilarious but extremely organised host from the moment she stepped into our chalet on our first evening.
