Welcome to the PokerStars ‘BONUS500’ Deposit Match (the “ Promotion ”), where invited participants will receive a bonus up to $500 for use on PokerStars, upon satisfying the Promotion Requirements (as defined below). The Promotion is sponsored by TSG Interactive US Services Limited (“ TSG ” or the “ Sponsor” ). The terms “ you ” or “ your ” mean the person to whom a Promotion Bonus (as defined below) is issued to upon satisfaction of the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion. Redemption of the Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of these Promotion “ Terms and Conditions ”. Promotion participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by the Sponsor. 2. Promotion Period. The Promotion will begin at 8:00am ET on May 8, 2025. The Promotion will end at 11:59pm ET on April 10, 2026, or 11:59pm ET on the 30 th day after receiving the first invite to the Promotion through email, whichever is first. (the “ Promotion Period ”). 3. Eligibility. The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, physically present in New Jersey, Pennsylvania or Michigan during the Promotion Period and have received an invitation from Sponsor . Invitation is non-transferable and if you were not directly invited by Sponsor, you may not participate in this Promotion. If your social security number is associated with another TSG Account in Sponsor's database, you may only earn one Promotion Bonus in respect of all such TSG Accounts under this Promotion. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers, distributors, and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Promotion Bonus. 4. Action Required. If invited by the Sponsor to participate in this Promotion, during the Promotion Period, you must log in to your TSG Account and use bonus code “BONUS500” when making a deposit in the cashier. The minimum qualifying deposit is $25. You must then play real money poker within 60 days of the qualifying deposit to collect redemption points (the “Promotion Requirement” ). An additional two deposits using the same “BONUS500” bonus code and minimum $25 deposit can be made within 30 days of the first qualifying deposit to increase the Promotion Bonus up to a cumulative $500 between all deposits. 5. Claiming Promotion Offer. Upon satisfying the Promotion Requirement, the reward will be paid out for each $1 increment of the qualifying deposit up to $500 (the “ Promotion Bonus ”) made immediately after the Wagering Requirements have been fulfilled. $1 cash will be paid for every 15 redemption points earned playing real money poker. (the “Wagering Requirements”). You have 60 days after the first qualifying deposit to earn all the redemption points needed to release the bonus (the “Relevant Period” ). The amount of reward that you can receive will depend on the number of redemption points that you earn during the Relevant Period. No reward will be credited for a period exceeding 60 days from the first qualifying deposit. However, withdrawals of any amount during the Relevant Period will result in forfeiture of the remainder of the unconverted Promotion Bonus. 12. Cancellation. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds you have deposited into your PokerStars Account without restriction.
