‘Am I getting older or is M&,S getting cooler?’ A question on the lips of many customers over the last few years as we’ve worked to improve our style perceptions and attract new customers to M&,S. None more so than men aged 18-34. A lot of this can be attributed to Autograph, which has fast become the cornerstone of our menswear offer and has grown into a £250m business (up from £50m three years ago) Autograph is a great example of how we're protecting the magic and modernising the rest across M&,S: delivering our trademark M&,S quality &, innovation, but with modern styles &, designs that reflect how men want to dress today.
As well as the designs, we’re also modernising how we market these products to our customers. Last year we opened a new concept Fashion store at Battersea that showcases the very best of our Autograph ranges, and yesterday we’ve launched our brand new @marksandspencerMAN Instagram account to help us better service our male customers. Our latest Autograph collection launched this morning, and I really think it’s our most stylish one yet!
