Even more annoying that there is only automated check in & no desks available to check in as well. You can therefore not ask any questions & have to wait to find a customer advisor for help. Very busy check in on a Saturday, not enough staff!! Checking out the same applies although there is an express check out which does not explain what you have to do. You scan a code but it didn’t work for me! WiFi only available in your room which is ridiculous!! As soon as you leave your room you lose wifi!
